Service Description

Full service moving means providing our customers with the flexibility to mix and match the services they need, from our full menu of moving services. Unlike labor-only services that provide the loading and unloading of items onto and off of a moving truck, Assured can help customers with things like packing (full and partial options), storage, additional moving protection options and more. Our custom approach to selecting moving services can also be very helpful for customers who don’t have the time or interest to facilitate their own do-it-yourself move. Whether you need everything handled for you from start to finish, or only need a little assistance with packing, we can design a move plan specifically to meet your timeline, budget and preferences. A base price with Assured includes all of the below for an enhanced moving experience, even if you don’t need any additional moving services. A Full Service Move Quote from Assured Includes: • Your personal move coordinator • Load, transport, and unload of household belongings • Assembly and disassembly of transported furniture • Standard furniture placement • Qualified drivers and equipment Sustainability Practices: 1. Energy-efficiency / Lower-emissions: to reduce emissions and decrease fuel consumption, we use GPS technology to optimize routes, save time, and reduce fuel consumption. 2. Eco-friendly Moving Supplies: In addition to using traditional cardboard boxes (and at customer’s discretion), we use recycled cardboard boxes and totes. Additionally, customers can opt for recycled packing materials and biodegradable bubble wrap. 3. Minimize Waste: we minimize waste by encouraging customers to donate items they no longer need, properly dispose of hazardous materials, and recycle whenever possible. We partner with local recycling facilities to ensure that unwanted items are properly disposed of and recycled. 4. Paperless System: we reduce paper waste by implementing a paperless billing system, using electronic signatures, and storing documents digitally. 5. Sustainable Initiatives: we partner with local organizations that support sustainability initiatives, such as tree planting, recycling programs, or community cleanups

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. All jobs require a deposit upon reserving your day unless otherwise stated. The deposit will be applied directly to your moving bill at the end of your move. Deposits are nonrefundable. Should your moving date need to be changed, you will not lose your deposit. We will do the best we can to accommodate your move on the new requested date, and apply the deposit previously given.
